Acids and Bases

Things that taste sour, and things that feel slippery. The two are opposites. And mixed, they cancel each other out.

Acid particles and base particles

It is the cup you mixed above. How strongly acid something is, is measured by a number called pH. Seven is the middle; smaller is acid, larger is basic. Inside the cup, particles are pairing off.
